Who Can Sign Up?

Most Americans can sign up to buy a health insurance plan.

To purchase a plan, you must be:

  • Lawfully present in the United States
  • A Resident of your state
  • Not incarcerated.

Am I Eligible for financial help?

Another key factor is whether you have an offer of affordable health insurance. Enrollees who have an offer of coverage even if they do not sign up for it are not eligible for financial help.
